Absolutely! Simply enter your gift card or coupon code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any gift cards you have.

Log into your account and grab your Referral ID. Share this with friends. If a friend books through your referral id, your friend automatically gets a $25 discount and you earn a $25 referral reward that can be applied to future service.
We always do our best to show up on time, however we ask that customers please allow us 2 hours window to account for traffic, parking, and other surprises along the way.
Maid In Tysons only accepts credit/debit card as form of payment. Credit card information is taken at time of booking. However, we DO NOT charge the card at this time. A hold will be placed on your account (for authorization ) one (1) day before the service in the amount of your total balance. THIS HOLD IS NOT A CHARGE. Your card will be charged after the service has been completed and you will receive an invoice via email once this occurs. Unless otherwise noted, payment information must be collected from all customers and authorized prior to job starting. If your service is cancelled for any reason, this hold will be released within 2-5 days.
Reaching High Areas – We cannot guarantee we can reach the high areas higher than 6′ ft. Due to liability & safety reasons, our teams are not able to climb on ladders or reach high areas.
Moving Large Appliances – We’re happy to clean around or underneath your large appliances, However, due to liability reasons our cleaners are not able to move them. If you’d like us to do this, we kindly ask that you please move large appliances for us.
Interior Window Cleaning – Window/s should be accessible via 2-3 step ladder. Due to liability & safety reasons, our teams are not able to climb on ladders or reach high areas.
Screen Cleaning – We request that the customer remove screens for our cleaners. Due to liability reasons our teams are not be able to detach and / or install window screens.
Being there when we say we will is important to Maid In Tysons. We reserve a time and team for each customer. Customers have up until 24 hours before their service appointment to make any schedule changes or cancellations. Cancellations made after this time will be charged a cancellation fee of $75.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If something is not done as promised, please let us know within 24 hours. We’ll send a team out to make it right within a 24 hour window.

We’re human, but we may have missed something! We will come out and re-clean what was missed (within 24 hour).
After the service, we ask that you perform a mandatory inspection with your cleaning team
As a guideline, please use our cleaning checklist during the walk-through. If you are not 100% satisfied with the work performed, our team will happily re-clean any missed areas per your request, free of charge, at the time of service.
Note to Inspect Carefully: After you’ve completed the walk-through, Maid In Tyson’s services are considered complete. Any additional services will be charged accordingly. If you are unable to perform the walk-through inspection due to not being home, not being available, or choosing not to, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee will be considered null and void.
Pro Tip: For a move-out cleaning, we highly recommend inviting your landlord to the walk-through inspection with the cleaners. To best meet your expectations, you can also send us a cleaning checklist from your landlord prior to your service appointment.
Yes, they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right-hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointments that are already completed.

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment.. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We will load the dishwasher (if available) but we do not hand wash dishes due to liability purposes.
We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select the service. We do not clean walls, carpets, utility closets, or hard-to-reach areas – but can clean your doors and inside of your cabinets and windows at an additional cost.

We bring our own green and eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible. While you can opt to use your own cleaning products, we include safe chemicals and eco-friendly formulas at no extra cost.

Before we arrive at your home, it’s important to ask any questions or let us know of any special requests so that we have clear expectations and can provide an accurate quote. We may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests at the time of your cleaning.
We will contact you regarding arrangements for how our team will access your home. If you will not be home, you may choose to provide us with a key or an access code. If you are uncomfortable with this option, then you will need to ensure that someone is home during your scheduled time to let us in. We provide cleaning services Monday – Saturday, so there should be a time to suit you, whether you prefer to be home or out.
If anything comes up before your cleaning and you need to make changes or cancel, you can do so up to 24 hours before your service appointment. We ensure that a cleaning team and time are reserved for each customer, so cancellations after this time will incur a fee.
You can feel confident about the people we send to your home because all of our professional cleaners have undergone an extensive background check. In addition, they have received extensive training and are also insured and bonded for your protection and theirs.
When our cleaning team arrives at your home, they will bring all the necessary equipment and supplies with them. No need to have any supplies or equipment ready for us.
If you’re home, our cleaners will do an initial walk-through with you to make note of any areas of concern, then they’ll get to work. No need to leave – they’ll work around you, but it may help if you’re able to move from room to room to allow them the space they need to clean.
Please keep in mind that our cleaners are unable to move large appliances or reach areas over 6 feet high due to liability issues.
After your cleaning, our team will perform a mandatory inspection with you. We advise you to refer to our cleaning checklist as you complete this walk-through and alert the team of any missed areas. We will perform a reclean free of charge if you are unsatisfied and alert us during this inspection.
You should also inspect your home for any lost or damaged property and inform us as soon as possible so that we can address the issue. We will do what we can to repair or replace the lost or damaged items.
A short time after your cleaning, you’ll receive an automated email to provide feedback and rate your cleaner and service. We use this information to ensure that we are meeting the highest standards, so we ask for your candid feedback.
While it’s our job to do the actual cleaning in your home, there are a few things that you can do before our cleaners arrive to make sure that you get the highest quality clean possible.
Remove Clutter – Make sure that all clothing, kids’ toys, magazines, newspapers, mail, electronic devices, and any other loose items are put away.
Clear the Bathroom Vanities – Place items you use every day and keep on your vanity (e.g., hairspray, makeup, toothpaste, deodorant) in a bin or put them away so that our cleaners are able to clean without needing to move each of these items.
Wash and Put Away Your Dishes – This will allow our cleaners to get straight to work cleaning your kitchen instead of your dishes.
Leave Linens on Your Beds – If you request that we change your sheets before making your beds, we’ll need the linens to be left out on each bed for us.
Secure Your Pets – Finding a good place for your pets to stay while we clean will ensure that both your pets and our cleaners remain safe and secure.
If these things are not taken care of before we arrive, we may have to charge extra for the additional time it will take to do them for you.
